Spelling Test is a playful audio-first spelling game. We built it because rote spelling drills are boring, and good spelling is something you grow into through repetition that doesn't feel like work.

How it works

You hear a word, you type what you heard. Get it right, build a streak. Miss it, try again. Finish a round and see your score, your accuracy, and where you land on the leaderboard.

Designed for younger learners but useful for anyone improving their English spelling — ESL students, adults brushing up, families playing together.

Free to play

Offline mode is free, forever. Online challenges and leaderboards are free too. Spelling Test Plus is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that removes ads and unlocks premium challenge packs — never to lock out core features.
