This Privacy Policy explains how The Spelling Test ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Spelling Test mobile app (the "App") and our website at spellingtest.app (the "Site"), together the "Service".

Contacts, photos, location, microphone audio, biometrics, browsing history outside the App. We do not sell your information. We do not show personalized ads based on cross-app tracking by default.

The App is rated for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data retention

We keep account and game data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see Account Deletion), your record and personal data are removed within 30 days; aggregated, non-identifying play statistics may be retained.

We use HTTPS in transit, hash passwords with bcrypt, isolate purchase tokens from public surfaces, and limit production access to authorized personnel.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. EEA / UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California users may exercise their CCPA rights via the same address.

Our servers and processors are based in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service you understand your data may be transferred there.

The Site uses minimal first-party cookies for session management; details are in our Cookie Policy. The App does not use cookies.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the App on the next launch and on the Site's home page.
